Nokia and Microsoft running #SmokedbyWindowsPhone in Italy

Microsoft and Nokia have taken the show on the road to Italy, and is running the Smoked by Windows Phone contest, featuring the Nokia Lumia 900, in Assago near Milan.
Italy is one of the stronger Windows Phone markets, with market share running at around 3.6%, according to the latest Kantar numbers. Nokia and Microsoft will have to work hard in maintaining that share in the run up to the release of new Windows Phone 8 handsets towards the end of the year however and in the face of new releases by Samsung and Apple.
Somewhat unusually they seem to be a bit more aggressive in attacking the other OEMs such as Samsung, but that may just be the Italian commercial environment.
